Good to Know
Booking & Policies
25%–50% Deposit Required
A non-refundable deposit of 25%–50% is required to secure your booking date, depending on the size of your event. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel prior to the event, the 25%–50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers preparation time, material reservations, and scheduling. Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours notice.
What's Included
All pricing includes setup and basic styling. Custom colors, themes, and add-ons are available upon request. Travel fees and clean-up fees are separate and will be quoted based on your event details.
